THE SCHOOL at Guilford Art Center annually serves over 2,000 students, from pre-school aged through seniors, throughout the year. Classes are organized by four semesters, and include classes in ceramics, jewelry making, metalsmithing, weaving, painting, drawing, glass, sewing, blacksmithing, photography and stone carving. Tuition assistance in available to help insure that the Center’s programs are accessible for community members of all means. Find class listings and registration at guilfordartcenter.org. GUILFORD ART CENTER is a non-profit organization that inspires participation in the visual arts through education, exhibitions and outreach. It features a school, shop, gallery and annually presents the Guilford Craft Expo event on the Guilford Green in July.

THE GALLERY at Guilford Art Center presents exhibits of contemporary American art and craft. Exhibitions demonstrate excellence in contemporary art and provide inspiration for visitors and students. The gallery also serves as a venue for a number of community arts organizations, including the Shoreline Arts Alliance and the Guilford Art League.
